Most often I think about: root cause-analysis method problem solving, ascension of conflict, the cause and form of an impasse, and how to garner empathy. I believe that the vast majority of people are inherently good-nature, care for self-governance, and are willing to make right their wrongdoings. I do have a few soapboxes, but only a few.
