I live in Ireland for most of the year, now retired and free to travel. I have a small holiday lodge house in Saitama Japan where I usually spend three months of the year depending on the season. I like the winter, spring and autumn in Japan, summer is too hot & humid for me. Ireland is often wet & cold so I like to escape to a warmer climate sometimes.

I have a state pension which I am happy with and sometimes earn extra money from rental income from my property in Japan.
