I am healthy and financially comfortable. I stay busy with volunteering at three different agencies. I enjoy helping people and giving back to the community. Living in the Sacramento area opens up all kinds of possibilities for activities. I enjoy having access to the foothills, the mountains and the coast. Love taking drives to Tahoe, the gold country and Point Reyes National Seashore, for example. We have great cultural venues such as Three Stages, Crocker Art Museum and the Mondavi Center. I have spent many enjoyable hours biking the American River trail. I enjoy country and ballroom dancing and there are many places for that. It’s great exercise, the people are nice and it’s fun, too. There are innumerable good restaurants.
I spent 22 years in the US Air Force, serving as an aircraft maintenance officer. Moved 13 times, lived in Thailand, Japan and Korea, as well as several states. Retired from the Air Force in 1986. Retired from working in 2004. Now live in a Del Webb retirement community in Lincoln. Beautiful place, lots of activities. If you're bored here it's nobody's fault but yours.
So, all in all, there’s only one thing missing: a special lady with whom to share my life. I would love to have someone to hold hands with, hug, kiss, talk to, spend time with, take out to dinner on special occasions or for no reason at all, other than because we wanted to be together.

I am now retired after 36 years in the State healthcare system. I am a Christian and am divorced. I have relocated to Lincoln IL. I have no children. My wonderful 18 year marriage was ended because my wife's only child returned home four years ago as one who so mentally ill and untreated and due to his behaviors in life, added such extreme stress between myself and my wife, a loving relationship was impossible.
